Job Description

Total People are looking to recruit an Apprentice to support in the sign up of new learners to our programmes. You will primarily be based at our Middlewich office and will work closely with our Learning Engagement Advisors to support this process using our PICS web system.You will need to be a good communicator and like to deal with people as this is a customer facing role which will require you to communicate with potential learners and their employers through this process. This is an important role as you may be one of the first people to engage with customers and you will be required to make a good first impression by being professional and organised.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with the Learning Engagement Advisor, ensuring that learners are signed up in a timely, professional, and accurate mannerSupport the effective communication processes with employers and learners to ensure that the required documentation to constitute a start is completed and submitted in line with company requirementsSupport in providing information and key updates to apprentices and employers to ensure everyone is fully aware of their commitment to the programme before sign-up is completedSupport with manning the communication channel with learners and employers during the sign-up process to ensure that all the relevant documentation and processes are gained and documented appropriately using Form CaptureSupport with apprentices and employers that have any questions or queriers that need to be managed during the sign-up processQualifications, Experience & Skills IT proficient and confident in the use of systemsProven commitment to accuracy and qualityExcellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.GCSE Maths and English or equivalentBenefits:Fully flexible working pattern - responsibility for planning your own diaryCompetitive SalaryAll equipment is provided to complete the roleGenerous annual leave entitlementDevelopment opportunities through our own in-house programmes and recognised qualificationsTotal People is one of the largest providers of apprenticeships and work based learning in the northwest.
