We are seeking an upbeat, responsible intern to join our growing organisation. You will gain valuable insight that can further your development within your field.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate internal activities to ensure the delivery of project results on timeParticipate in production planning according to project/customer requirementsRun documentary exchanges between Patheon and customersImplementing the organization of customer visits to the site, including helping in the conducting of presentation materialsAssistance in the preparation of meetings with customers (agenda, minutes)Ensure the maintenance of project plans in terms of planning and allocation of resources in the change-point toolAssistance in carrying out project activities according to the current MS project, with all the PDS services and support services of the siteSupport in the management of customer happiness via the Sales-Force toolProvides assistance in the preparation of changes of scope with the support of the PDS project manager, the technical team, and Patheon UKCompetence:Demonstrates self-motivated, proactive and hard-working approachGood interpersonal skills, both written and verbalStrong organisational and time-management skillsLogical with good attention to detailLoves being part of a Team and building strong working relationshipsBy example, promote a positive, professional and pro-active culture within the site.Efficiently communicate at all levels, internally and externally, adopting a professional approach.Promote the PDS business capabilities both internally and externally.Environment, health & safety:Understand emergency procedures and stay in sync with safe systems of work.Ensure compliance with environment, health and safety rules, signage and instructions at all times.Ensure timely reporting and investigation of all accidents, near misses and breaches of rules.Qualifications/Experience:Currently studying Pharmaceutical/Science related course at University, with a placement year.Thermo Fisher Scientific is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status.
