We have a further site in Clay Cross Derbyshire where our oil boilers are manufactured.The technical support department handle pre and post sales enquiries from trade professionals and consumers through phone, email and social channels on our range of heating products.Job DescriptionOur Customer Loyalty intern is an integral part of the marketing team! You will be responsible for the processing of loyalty shop orders, working with the key suppliers and dealing with queries, all while ensuring we meet our Service Level Agreement (SLA) with our installers.Some Of Your Key Responsibilities Will Include Assisting with member communication including building emails through the program Campaign Monitor Supporting with installer queries around the loyalty programme Looking through our scheme feedback to identify any areas of improvement Supporting the wider loyalty team with any campaign planning or promotional activities Working with finance business manager to carry our monthly checks You will also be a key support to our Worcester Contact Centre, answering inbound phone calls. This will allow you to develop and enhance your communication skills for the future.QualificationsMust be an undergraduate student seeking a 12 month placement as part of your degreeIT LiterateGood practical knowledge of standard Windows softwareStrong organisational and planning skillsFlexible approach to work including out of office hoursKnowledge of marketing systems and processesAbility to work well independently and as part of a teamExcellent attention to detailAbility to meet tight deadlines and multi-taskGood overall standards of literacy and numeracyAdditional InformationDeadline for Applications: Friday 26 November 2021Please note that this is an undergraduate role, open for applicants seeking a 12 month placement as part of your degree.
