EXTRAORDINARY UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMME The Bentley Undergraduate Programme will drive your personal and professional development to new heights. Working closely with technical experts, a community of peers and other trainees, you will spend your year focusing on projects and tasks aligned to your home department’s objectives. Additionally, you will spend time developing your behaviours and project management skills through collaborative work with our community of trainees. Undergraduates at Bentley work with apprentices, graduates and interns to deliver community and sustainability projects. EXTRAORDINARY TEAMS Our Colleagues are also our customers – we care about them and strive to create the environment where everyone is empowered to be the best they can be. As an Undergraduate of the HR Programme, you could work in one of the following roles: Labour Relations The Labour Relations Undergraduate supports the implementation of decisions, agreements and policies that support the business objectives. In addition, the role requires the analysis, gathering and presentation of data relating to the Company Councils decision making. Recruitment The Talent Acquisition Undergraduate will support work across the entire business in partnership with Hiring Managers, HR and Early Careers, from identification of vacancy to on boarding of the successful candidate. The role will focus especially on supporting the Early Careers recruitment campaigns. Centre of Excellence The Centre of Excellence Undergraduate will work within our HR Early Careers team. The team is responsible for the whole life cycle of the trainee programme, from outreach to transition into permanent role. The Undergraduate will lead key HR activity while supporting the organisation and delivery of learning and community events. Colleagues Services The Colleagues Services Undergraduate will support the team in providing a professional, efficient and customer orientated HR support service and experience for Bentley’s global operation. This is included but not limited to provision of first level information, decision making, advice and guidance to Managers and Colleagues. Organisational Design The Organisational Design Undergraduate will be supporting the implementation and ongoing improvement of People Analytics at Bentley, including creating simple but impactful reports to drive data-oriented decision making in organisation and people-related topics. The role will also involve work to support job evaluation panels and process improvement projects. Training Operations The Training Operations Undergraduate will support their team in designing and delivering training solutions for all roles within Manufacturing. This could be face-to-face, on the job coaching, digital training solutions, practical training application and virtual reality training. To apply for this Undergraduate Programme you must be on course to achieve a minimum of a 2:1 degree in a related subject, alongside a pass in Maths and English at GCSE Level.
