Job Description

Responsibilities Include: Supporting the activities of the Risk & Compliance team and champion the embedding of a compliance awareness culture throughout the business. Contributing to the production of management information and regular reports for relevant committees. Developing and maintaining control mapping logs. Identifying improvements and enhancements to existing processes. Completing monitoring tasks in a timely and accurate manner. Advising and challenging the business on the application of policies and procedures. Supporting the team in monitoring industry news, including identifying and assessing any areas of impact. Completing additional tasks to support the team as required. Ensuring all work is produced to a high standard and in a timely manner. Identifying and escalating any issues as they arise. Skills: Good standard of education in GCSEs or equivalent (must include passes in Maths and English). Understanding of the Financial Services sector is desirable. Ability to communicate professionally with relevant stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Intermediate level of IT proficiency desirable. Attention to detail. Good administrative, planning, and organisational skills. Displays enthusiasm and a positive, can-do attitude.
