Job description PKF Francis Clark is looking for innovative, relationship orientated and driven individuals to join its People team as part of an HR Graduate programme.During our 4 year HR Graduate programme you will split your time across a number of exciting roles including People Services, Learning and Development and Recruitment (Early careers and Experienced hire). In these rotational roles, you’ll gain real life knowledge of the sub-disciplines within HR, and develop the technical, business and behavioural skills you’ll need to become a well-rounded HR professional.Each rotation will enable you to carry out a real role ensuring that you accumulate experience in real time. You will be required to work and collaborate with a large cross section of people including key and senior stakeholders across the firm, delivering initiatives that are central to our continued success and growth.After year one, there is the opportunity to study for your Level 7 CIPD via an apprenticeship pathway. You will be able to work from either our Exeter, Torquay or Truro offices in conjunction with a hybrid working approach. Travel to all our offices to ensure that business relationships are built and maintained will be required.About you: You will be innovative, creative and have strong initiative and interpersonal skills. You will have a real passion for people and want to build a successful career within HR.You will be able to demonstrate that you can build successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders, be a great event organiser and coordinator, a critical thinker who loves data and creator who is able to drive projects from conception to completion whilst managing multiple priorities! You will have a 2:1 degree or above, have at least 112 UCAS points excluding General Studies (obtained in the same year), GCSE (or equivalent) including Maths and English, Grade B or above or 9-5, a full driving licence and access to your own transport.Why us:PKF Francis Clark is the place for your career.
