Description • Working under an established team of chefs and kitchen staff.• Starting the day preparing vegetables after knife work training provided.• Involved in all aspects of kitchen work, supporting colleagues and building knowledge.• Cooking and preparing dishes from fresh, including sauces and soups.• Preparation and putting together starters, lunchtime menu and eventually supporting in the cooking of all dishes on the menu.
