2022 Graduate Programme Our two-year programme makes sure you experience many parts of the Society, so you can see how it all works together, as well as gaining in-depth knowledge of teams specific to your chosen career path. We’re offering graduate roles within a number of different business areas: Product, Marketing, Risk & Control, Human Resources, Audit, Change, Regulated Distribution & Servicing, Member Experience and Bespoke Business Operations. What you’ll be doing On-the-job learning is crucial to understanding the skills and expertise required in any role so from the day you start, and on each of your rotations, you'll be doing a real job with clear expectations and targets. On each scheme, you’ll choose and complete several placements within your specialism.
