You’ll also assist in implementing policies, processes and documents.Support the onboarding and offboarding of staff incl. issuing employment contracts, training, enter data into our HR system and file employment forms, setting up new staff on various systems, reference checks etc.Set up team reviews such as appraisals, probation reviews, exit interviewsPost, update and remove job adds on Criticaleye’s career page, LinkedIn and other recruitment pagesHelp with internal and external HR related inquiries and requestsSupport the Operations Manager in dealing with IT related queries from the team and help set up IT training for staffSkills and experiences we are looking for:A university degree in Human Resources Management, Personnel Management or a related field – you can also do this internship as a one-year placement during universityExperience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plusStrong Word and Excel experienceAble to multitask and stay calm when things get busy!Excellent organisational abilityAble to work autonomously, be highly motivated and proactiveEager to learn!This is a paid, one year internship with great progress and development opportunities for the right candidate!
