Someone excited to collaborate and work closely with cross-functional teams across the world. You should have some experience with UX design and research, and a bonus if you’ve studied design thinking.You will work closely with mentors who have had many years of experience in User Experience Research and with a cross-functional team to help deliver against a roadmap, execute research at all stages of the end-to-end design process and keep customer insights alive during product development design. You will be part of the International Product team that focuses on the last mile localisation of NetSuite for customers in the EMEA region.What You’ll Do· Collaborate with experienced User Experience Researchers, Designers, Product Management, and other cross-functional stakeholders to help support research, methodology, and design experiences.· Be provided opportunities to help execute and deliver user research and design at various stages of the development lifecycle, including formative and generative research, creation of wireframes and prototypes and validation research and/or measurement of final product experiences.· Produce design deliverables that communicate design solutions and facilitate discussion.· Look at usage metrics, and customer feedback to highlight patterns and areas of focus that may need attention.This is a very hands-on role and includes helping with participant recruitment, data collection, data synthesis and analysis, and delivery of design recommendations.What You’ll BringLet’s see what you can achieve when you dare to be yourself. What we are looking for:· Undergraduate students completing a university placement programme in Psychology, Product/Industrial Design, Information architecture.· Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Dreamweaver, After Effects, etc.); Figma; Sketch; InVision; Principle; Axure; Balsamiq; or equivalent. Basic SQL database management/searches.· Knowledge of both concept-creation and evaluative research and associated methodologies· Flexibility to work virtually with geographically distributed teams.· Tenacity to tackle projects in a dynamic setting while staying organised.· Passion, curiosity, and a desire to ultimately find the best possible solution through data-driven research.· Analytical and strategic mindset.· Solid written & verbal communication skills (English essential; other European language skills are a bonus).Apply Now!A career at Oracle is defined by you.
