AMS works very closely with the production facility in the UK allowing rapid field feedback and insights into both the manufacturing and quality processes.You will be working with a team of highly experienced, skilled and motivated brand service zone managers (SZM), who develop, coach and support the UK & Ireland dealer network. They are the liaison between manufacturer and dealer/customer. In addition, we have Uptime Engineers (UE) who work closely with the SZM’s and product specialists, travelling to dealers diagnosing and repairing machines to maximise product uptime.What are we looking for?There is an exciting opportunity to join the brand service teams on a yearlong internship. We are looking for an enthusiastic student with a keen interest in land-based engineering and after sales management.The successful candidate will:Engage in dealer development activities, dealer standards, Control room development for connected machines.Support system knowledge training and development for dealers.Support Dealer Key Performance Indicators (KPI).Help conduct and edit media material to develop the dealer network.Support customer machine operation training and coaching events.Competencies and key behaviours:Strong IT skills are essential with the ability to develop high quality media material.An understanding of agriculture is beneficial, a keen interest in technical machines is essential.Strong team spirit and ability to develop and work within a collaborative and supportive culture.The motivation to learn quickly and develop on existing knowledge.Good communication skills, customer relations skills beneficial.Negotiation skills, think fast but make meaningful decisions.A driving license is essential.How to apply?
