This role has overarching responsibility for supporting the Head of Service Delivery in executing Cambridge Spark’s Service Management SLA & proactively overseeing the support of a number of key accounts.Scheduling & Training delivery via oversight of Cambridge Spark’s programme coordination function; ensuring coverage for all training events across both apprenticeship & commercial delivery & line management responsibilityKey responsibilities:Service Delivery /Key client support : Support the Head of Service Delivery in ensuring that Cambridge Spark’s Service Delivery SLAs are met, key actions defined and delivered. Act as a role model for internal stakeholders in proactively driving a culture of continual improvement Scheduling & Programme Coordination: Lead a team of coordinators in the day-to-day management of the delivery schedule across both Apprenticeship & commercial delivery. Proactively identifying ways to improve efficiencies, manage capacity and ensure that contingencies are in place to ensure full coverage of deliverContinual Improvement: Lead & guide internal teams to delivery key actions defined in support of improving learner experience & delivering Gold StandardCustomer service: act as a brand ambassador for Cambridge Spark when speaking with learners, customers & internal colleagues. Delivering Gold Standard levels of service & acting as a role model for colleagues and team members. Stakeholder Management: act as the key contact for Cambridge Spark’s training partners. Ensuring support for all requested Quality practices & escalations, delivering timely response & actionDeliver Learner/client interventions: proactively respond and diarise sessions routine with learners on programme wither in small focus groups or individually to obtain feedback outside of standard survey submissionsQuality: Work closely with all relevant colleagues to ensure consistency of delivery & wide-spread adoption of delivery best practice via escalation of learner feedback & observations made via trend data Deputise in the absence of the Head of Service Delivery & team members (excluding trainers) providing coverage in times of leave or busy periods Provide ongoing operational support including timely processing of invoices for commercial delivery & other duties as required or requestedSystems & Processes: continually review systems & processes, suggesting improvements which drive efficiencies and improve the experience for learners, clients & colleagues.
