The award of Construction News’ Contractor of the Year in 2017 is a testament to the quality of our projects, our client satisfaction and our approach to the communities in which we work.LocationManchesterThe base locations for these roles is as above, however you will be required to travel to and/or work at locations within the Construction North region should the business require.The RoleAs a Wates planner, you will create programmes of all the work needed on large construction projects and direct activities. You will also oversee logistics, deploy workers, manage budgets and ensure that work is on schedule. You will also Instigate and monitor a balanced suite of performance measurement criteria throughout a project’s lifecycle, including Key Performance Indicators, milestone management and analysis of trends.Our Management Trainee ProgrammeIf you’re looking for a programme full of innovation and variety then you’re in the right place.
