Job Description

Working within the Southern Maintenance Services team, you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality repairs and maintenance for our customers at Southern Housing Group.

As part of an 18-month apprenticeship, you will work within our team to gain experience and training in this field. This role will support your college studies.

This will be located from our Maidstone office (ME14). This centrally located office has lots of free parking and is close to shops and conveniences.

You will work a 40 hour week which will include your studies.

Job Description

To support the SMS team in undertaking general office administration tasks including fault diagnosis, planning, scheduling and allocations.
