The hours will either be 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm or 10-6pm. Apprenticeship:Your apprenticeship will be delivered via a combination of on-the-job learning and online webinar teaching, and you’ll receive support from your supervisor and an apprenticeship assessor. You will have a period of time each week allocated to your apprenticeship studies.The apprenticeship will commence from January 2022 and will last for two years. This caseload will be built up as you learn and gain experience. You will communicate with clients and various third parties, by telephone and through written correspondence, and will learn to progress each case through the necessary stages. Through mentoring and training you will develop your confidence in providing effective legal advice to clients in relation to their claim, and the training that you receive on the job and as part of your qualification will help you understand the relevant law and legal processes.This opportunity is a good alternative to going to university, where you will achieve a Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification with the potential for further qualifications in the future. Skills/Competencies required:- Previous experience is not necessary but you must be enthusiastic and motivated to develop a career within this area;- A willingness to learn;- Excellent verbal and written communication;- Good team player;- Organised and able to prioritise;- Computer literate; - In addition, you will be a keen learner, with the ability to balance the challenge of combining work and studying. Education level required:- You will hold at least 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English at grade C or above;- Plus 3 A Levels (or equivalent) at grade C or above.Your apprenticeship will be delivered via a combination of on-the-job learning and online webinar teaching, and you’ll receive support from your supervisor and an apprenticeship assessor.
