If so, Nuffield Health are expanding the opportunities available on NMC approved apprenticeship routes and this role is designed to bridge the gap between health care support workers and registered nurses. We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic and resilient individuals to undertake a 2-year level 5 apprenticeship ending in registration with the NMC as a Nurse Associate. As a Trainee Nurse Associate Apprentice, you will be based in Health Assessments, and you will gain experience on clinical placements across a range of specialities, covering the fours fields of nursing. You will work alongside Registered Nurses and other clinical professionals to develop the skills and knowledge required to complete your Trainee Nurse Associate apprenticeship and to ensure the delivery of outstanding care to our patients. To be considered for this position, you will be required to meet the following requirements:Experience of working in a healthcare setting is desirable, however, not essentialApplicants must hold level 2 qualifications in English and Maths (GSCE Grade A-C / 4-9 / functional skills level 2 or equivalent) and can provide evidence in the form of a certificate or equivalent.Have a satisfactory criminal disclosure check and Occupational Health clearanceHold the values and behaviours required for the Nurse Associate ApprenticeshipTo undertake the Trainee Nurse Associate Apprenticeship, applicants must be contracted for a minimum of 30 hours per week. Education Partner: The Open University and the apprenticeship will commence in February 2022.
