During this three-year graduate programme you will have the opportunity to obtain a number of experiences in engineering through various business areas . You will develop core engineering and consulting techniques that can be applied while working with our clients in the UK and potentially even some of our international clients around the globe. We will actively encourage you to experience the variety of service lines and sectors within the business and to develop a true understanding about what we can offer our clients. Working in teams of design engineering consultants you will be expected to own deliverables, liaise with clients, contribute and enhance your skillset. Role accountabilities: Selection Process There is a two-step process for our early years programmes for candidates who meet our screening criteria: an online behavioural based assessment an assessment day (currently virtual) Qualifications & Experience: To be considered for this 3 year Graduate programme you will need to be on course for achieving a relevant degree, you must be on target for a minimum 2:1 in one of the following subjects, MEng (or MSc) Civil Engineering, Structural, Environmental or Geotechnical Engineering.
