The RoleAs part of our rapidly growing team, we are looking for a passionate digital apprentice to support our core teams in their day-to-day tasks.Your job as a Digital Apprentice at Venn will be to support our core teams in their day-to-day tasks. Your role will be varied and challenging but never boring! We want to fast track your learning around all things digital and give you full exposure to the agency. During your employment, you will undertake the groundbreaking Apprentify Digital Marketer Level 3 apprenticeship. We are a digital product and performance agency, working in the B2B2C space, specialising in recruitment, manufacturing and F&B. We have three pillars to our business; consult, build and optimise, our teams are build built around these specialisms. We digitise our clients businesses so they can sell more online. Based at Alderley Park in Cheshire, established for 10 years and a team of 25+ enthusiastic, passionate and talented individuals. Your Responsibilities Project Management support Populating websites User experience reviews Testing website across various devices and platforms Helpdesk support Fielding helpdesk (HD) calls Preparing briefs for HD projects Building relationships with HD clients SEO and Content Marketing support Tech SEO audits as directed by our Head of SEO Website go-live process Link acquisition to support the outreach team Keyword research as directed by our Head of SEO Content reviews and research for our content marketing clients Client Strategist support Taking notes in client meetings Preparing contact reports Chasing tasks with internal teams Office support Setting up for meetings Keeping the place tidy Organising social eventsEssential Skills Strong literacy and numeracy skills Tech-savvy, Organised, Good communicator Must be able to drivePersonal Qualities:Team player Hard-working Passionate Inquisitive Problem solver Entry Requirements 5 GCSEs grade A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English and Maths)
