More and more people are choosing Steven Eagell Toyota to get their vehicles serviced. This means we are looking to recruit an Apprentice Service Advisor to meet this increased demand within our Toyota workshop and team at St Ives. As an Apprentice Service Advisor, you will ideally possess automotive experience and must be committed to achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction, have excellent communications skills, be of a smart appearance and have a desire to deliver the highest quality customer care. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.You will be working full time, 8:00am-6:00pm and alternate Saturday mornings. You will attend training at our state of the art training centre in Derby where a vehicle and accommodation will be provided. Depending on COVID restrictions, this training may be delivered remotely. A competent Service Advisor has many transferable skills throughout the retail motor industry. It is not uncommon for a Service Advisor to progress through the ranks to become Parts Managers, After Sales Managers or Service Managers.
