Delivering timely bespoke business solutions and providing a one-stop service to meet the needs of enterprises of all sizes, from small niche specialists, up to the largest organisations in Europe.Primary duties include: Primarily dealing with hardware services and using the required troubleshooting methodology and tools.Providing technical support to customers both internal and external through a range of communication channels.Getting involved in networking, software installation & maintenance.Communicate with all levels of stakeholders, talking them through steps to take to resolve issues or set up relevant products.Document or escalate ICT tasks as appropriate to ensure a clear audit trail and progression of issues Required qualities, skills and experiences: Proven interpersonal and communications skills, complementing technical, vocational, or academic qualifications.Personal qualities including, but not limited to, energy, self-confidence, and business acumen.People able to ‘hit the ground running’, prepared to challenge the status quo, who strive to raise standards amongst their peers. Entry requirements:You need to have 5 GCSE’s: Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades D or above3x GCSE’s grade A-C in any other subject You must not already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same level or higher level than this apprenticeship.If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications. Find out more Benefits: You’ll have full access to the company’s onsite gym.
