Job DescriptionThis role is based in our York office and you will have the opportunity to work in the office and at home following our hybrid working model. You will work closely with the HR Business Partner on site and with the wider administration team located in the Bosch head office. Supporting the HR Business Partner to ensure smooth and efficient HR Administrative support to the ETAS ltd, subsidiary of the Bosch Group.Responsible for administration in the full employee lifecycle, new starters, changes and leavers.Responsible for maintaining the HR software platformDay to day HR administration duties including payroll inputting and assisting with employee requestsResponsible for collating and inputting the entity’s monthly submission to payrollAs site recruitment coordinator, maintaining the job postings on the Bosch Careers Website, and responsible for the Applicant tracking system.Liaising with line managers on recruitment and selection activities, including arranging interviews and organising offer packsQualificationsYou should be studying for a degree in a relevant discipline e.g. Business or Human ResourcesProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPointExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenConfidence, creativity and initiative to put forward new ideasAttention to detailHave the ability to learn new systems quicklyAbility to analyse dataOrganisation and ability keep to deadlines
