Hourly rate: National Minimum Wage with a supplement to Newcastle Living Wage/ Real Living Wage which is currently £9.50 per hour Laing Art Gallery, Art Team, Tyne and Wear Archives and MuseumsFixed term from January to December 2022Tyne & Wear Archives & Museums are looking to appoint a creative and enthusiastic individual to complete an internship with the learning and curatorial teams at the Laing Art Gallery assisting in the delivery of innovative and creative programmes for young people. This internship is part of Inspiring People, the National Portrait Gallery’s biggest ever development since their building in St Martin’s Place opened in 1896. You will be based at the Laing Art Gallery, Newcastle but will have the opportunity to connect up to the National Portrait Gallery and be part of a wider network of interns at different partner venues.Further information about the National Portrait Gallery and the Inspiring People project can be found here: .
