This is an ideal role for someone looking to gain experience in eCommerce Merchandising. The main areas of responsibilities will be with the assistance of the merchandising, stock movement and product related activities of the dunhill.com website working with eCommerce Merchandiser and other digital team members. And to provide cross-functional assistance to wider commercial team. You will: Be accountable for stock and delivery updates – do weekly checks to ensure inventory is arriving on time and highlight delays, monitor allocation in Anaplan. Be responsible for creation of a master order file with correct attributes needed to upload product online. Support ecommerce merchandiser with SKU updates in Anaplan. Support with price upload and maintenance. Monitor website to ensure product accuracy on product and category pages. Assist with navigation management and gallery creation. Support digital team to ensure excellence and efficiency across all digital channels. Run weekly, monthly and adhoc sales reports for trade and other meetings. Assist with product selections for EDM and visual merchandising of the website. Provide admin support before, during and after buy season. Ensure website assets and product attributes are always accurate and up to date. Participate in team creative brainstorms and process optimisations. Helping to coordinate general administrative tasks for digital and commercial teams. HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? Educated to degree level or equivalent Ecommerce experience within the fashion luxury sector Strong numerical and analytical skills Advanced in Excel Excellent time management and organisational skills Highly self-motivated, analytical, with sharp attention to detail Strong interest in merchandising and ecommerce Team player, at ease with transversal and multi-sites organization Results driven and dynamic Pro-active, enthusiastic and tenacious Enjoys both analytical & artistic thinking Excellent knowledge Excel Understanding of website management tools Ability to communicate with different teams & different styles Ability to liaise with people from diverse backgrounds and nationalities Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly HOW DO WE KEEP YOU SMILING?
