Reporting to the Head of Data & Compliance, the post-holder will:
- Provide data collection, validation, and subsequent data entry on to database systems
- Act as an Exam Invigilator, preparing and assisting with the preparation of exam environments, ensuring all awarding body and JCQ requirements are met
- Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and support the Head of Data and Compliance with the implementation of funding body rules and requirements
- Ensure submission of all required data returns to funding bodies within agreed timescales, taking appropriate actions to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Register learners with awarding bodies and manage the process of booking examinations/end point assessments for Apprenticeships
- Support the Business Engagement team by posting vacancies on the Apprenticeship Service website and the BPIF Training website
- Support with general administrative duties where required, in order to support the delivery team

- Excellent telephone manner and a high standard of accuracy
Future Prospects :
It is anticipated that upon successful completion the candidate will move into a full-time position.
