Job Description
KPMG in the UK is part of a global network of member firms that offers Audit, Tax, Legal, Consulting, Deal Advisory, and Technology services. Powered by the talent of more than 16,000 people, we bring creativity, insight and experience to solve our clients’ and communities’ biggest problems.
What is Technology & Engineering?
Technology is at the heart of what we do and part of the very DNA of our business. That’s why we’ve invested in a powerful team of over 1,500 technologists; creating a step change in the way we work and delivering broader, deeper expertise to our clients faster than ever. Our connected solutions stretch across a range of specialisms too, from digital consulting, cyber and risk management through to data and analytics, human-centred design, software engineering, and financial modelling.
Analytics Graduate Programme
Our 3-year Analytics Graduate Programme is designed to offer you the client exposure and support you need to build a successful career in analytics. Our Analytics teams use advanced data analysis technologies and techniques to help our clients answer business questions and address commercial issues. You’ll lear how to combine data analytics, modelling, business intelligence, advanced analytics and data science skills to help our clients.
People who excel within the Analytics Graduate Programme are passionate about continually adapting their skills and knowledge to find solutions that meet our clients' needs. They are intellectually curious and interested in telling stories with data. Whilst you don't necessarily need to be a technical guru, we do look for a keen interest in technology and business issues, as well as good communication skills and the desire to take on early responsibility.
Training and Benefits
You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills through technology specific accreditations, certifications and skills training relevant to your programme, such as Amazon Web Services, Google and Microsoft. You also have access to an extensive programme of internal training geared towards your career and personal development; and the chance to use your skills to make a difference through a range of community volunteering initiatives. We offer a competitive salary and a host of great benefits too, including 25 days holiday, study leave and a day off on your birthday.
Your qualifications
You’ll need to have, or be on course to achieve, a minimum 2:1 degree. Please see programme information on our Careers Portal for specific requirements. We will look at more than just your academic results and will also consider your strengths, values and motivations. See our ‘How to Apply’ sections on our Careers Portal for further guidance.
