What is a Field Engineer?



As a Field Engineer at CCEP you will work on the road visiting a wide range of establishments to maintain and fix cold drink equipment and delivering first class customer service to CCEP customers.



Key responsibilities include:




  • Service and maintenance of all equipment types in a wide range of outlets

  • Manage of workload via phone-based despatch system, recording data accurately

  • Liaising with customers to organise access and permits to work where needed

  • Become part of established team and work closely with all to ensure customers receive the best service possible

  • Responsible for ordering and replacing parts as needed, while keeping track of receipts

What does the programme include?




  • You’ll study for a fully funded Dispensed Drink Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship

  • This 18-month programme consists of a blend of theory and practical learning through the training provider Wolverhampton College

  • You’ll get exceptional training and development throughout the duration of your apprenticeship from both CCEP and Wolverhampton



Who can apply?



To be eligible to apply for the Field Engineer Apprenticeship you MUST have a UK driving licence and have held it for at least 6 months (due to the nature of the role).



You must also hold GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) in maths and English.



What skills do I need to succeed?



A successful candidate for CCEP will be someone who is naturally curious, with a passion for problem solving and finding solutions.



You will also:




  • Have exceptional teamwork skills

  • Be a driven individual with enthusiasm and pride in their work

  • Be an excellent timekeeper and have proven experience of keeping to a tight schedule

  • Have the ability to manage your workload effectively and independently



What happens after my apprenticeship?



Upon successful completion of your apprenticeship, you will be offered a full time Field Engineering role at CCEP, but this could be located within a much wider geographical location to where you have undertaken your apprenticeship.
