RESPONSIBILITIES Working as part of a customer support team in supporting Johnson controls customers worldwide with trialing new products. Creating a wide range of customer facing presentations Garnishing customer feedback and tracking live trials Marketing of new products Managing social media campaigns Documenting support procedures and loading onto our customer Technical Support Portal ESSENTIAL QUALITIES Excellent organizational skills Ability to manage and track projects Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a team Experience in working with customers DESIRABLE SKILLS Second language QUALIFICATIONS/DESIRED MAJOR Applicants must be at undergraduate level, currently studying IT, software engineering, Business or related degree This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/95122110
