Based at: WHITTLEBURY PARK CAMPUS, WHITTLEBURY near SILVERSTONE, NORTHAMPTONSHIRE, NN QHThe National School of Education & Teaching, Coventry UniversityThis is an exciting opportunity to join the National School of Education and Teaching (NSET), a constituent part of Coventry University, offering innovative degree courses and professional development to school/college teachers, professionals and leaders.Reporting to, and working closely with the School’s Course Leader for Coaching Professional courses, and liaising with stakeholders across the wider company, university group and externally, you will be involved in planning and delivering course materials and assessing students. You will ensure quality assurance processes and procedures are completed, and all metrics relating to student success are achieved.This role, as an academic facilitator, demands that a professional relationship is developed within the learning environments, to include online, face to face and within the workplace, providing the very best student experience by ensuring delivery is relevant, inspiring and thought provoking in its pedagogical approach.You will be engaged with academic tutoring, to small Coaching Professional Apprenticeship groups, and you will participate positively in the student learning; provide genuinely robust feedback for improvement, and ensure you work collaboratively and collegiately across the team.You will have a successful portfolio of previous work within this area within other HEIs or HE within FE, have relevant industrial experience within the area, ideally have a Level Coaching qualification, and be able to demonstrate innovative learning approaches to ensure that student requirements are differentiated where appropriate.Please do contact: John Kenny, Head of Curriculum by email: , should you wish to discuss this exciting post.
