Job Description

Use your inquisitive, collaborative nature to help organisations turn big ideas into business-changing reality.

At EY, no question is too small, too ambitious or too imaginative. We use our curiosity to ask better questions, that inspire better answers.

Gain hands-on experience working with real clients from day one and we’ll support you as you study for a professional qualification or business skills training. This is where you have the chance to build a truly dynamic and varied career, one that springboards off your potential. Where you can build lasting relationships with colleagues, mentors and clients alike. Where the journey is yours to own. Here, your career is truly yours to build. Experience our world. Your way.

In Consulting, our purpose of building a better working world is embodied in our mission to transform businesses through the power of people, technology and innovation. We’re here to guide our clients as consultants and to do this as a skilled and diverse team that is determined to put humans first, deliver the best technology and leverage innovation at scale. For you, this means using your inquisitive mind to create exceptional client experiences. This is how we create long-term value – and long-lasting careers.

What programmes can you join?

Join forces with our Assurance colleagues to help clients protect their reputation by mitigating these business and IT risks.

What will you be doing?

You’ll build a career that’s yours to own. With infinite opportunities to lead, learn and transform, we’ll empower you to build a world as unique as you. You’ll be:

  • Working with a variety of clients from start-ups to recognisable organisations
  • Listening to client problems and defining strategies and solutions
  • Getting to know our client's businesses, their strengths and opportunities for improvements
  • Helping our clients plan and deliver organisation-wide transformation programmes
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the business

Are you eligible to apply?

We operate an open access policy, meaning we don’t screen out applications on your academic performance alone. You will, however, need to be working towards an Honours degree in any subject – some programmes will require a subject relevant to the business area, have a minimum of grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths, and three A-levels/Five Highers (or equivalent).
