Job Description

Unleash your potential as one of our future leaders and build a career you can own.

What if we could all change the world? What if we used our thinking power to outpace technology? What if diversity was a way of life? At EY, no question is too small, too ambitious or too imaginative. We use our curiosity to ask better questions, that inspire better answers.

As a graduate, you’ll get to know our varied client base whilst exploring your interests and developing your strengths. You’ll work alongside inspirational and innovative colleagues. And you’ll do it all whilst building a career that’s truly yours. A career that has long-lasting potential. Here, your career is truly yours to build. Experience our world. Your way.

What will you be doing?

There are several business areas you could join, such as Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions, or Tax. Whatever area you choose, you’ll be:

  • Working with local, national and global clients, from start-ups to big organisations
  • Making use of our technological capabilities to design innovative solutions
  • Learning from some of the best in the business
  • Developing the skills to lead teams and projects in the future
  • And for some, working towards a professional qualification in your field

Explore our world and its varying opportunities. And build your career, your way.

Entry requirements

We operate an open access policy, meaning we don’t screen out applications on your academic performance alone. You will, however, need to be working towards an honour’s degree in any subject – some programmes will require a subject relevant to the business area, have a minimum of grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths, and three A-levels/Five Highers (or equivalent).
