Here, your career is truly yours to build. Experience our world. Your way.

In Consulting, our purpose of building a better working world is embodied in our mission to transform businesses through the power of people, technology and innovation. The working world is constantly changing. For our clients, this can create better ways of doing things, but it might also involve more risks. Our job is to combine industry knowledge and innovative thinking with the curiosity for asking better, more insightful questions to help solve our clients’ toughest business problems.

What will you be doing?

You’ll build a career that’s yours to own. With infinite opportunities to lead, learn and transform, we’ll empower you to build a world as unique as you.

  • Working with a variety of clients from start-ups to recognisable organisations
  • Researching industry trends, learning about challenges and looking for client solutions
  • Developing your core consulting and people skills
  • Joining teams immersed in client projects and delivering to deadlines
  • Learning about the tools we use, developing your soft skills and being supported by your colleagues
  • Learning about EY, sharing your ideas and taking on real responsibility

Are you eligible to apply?

If you’re in your penultimate year at university, or if you’re already in your final year but will be doing a one-year Master’s degree, or taking a gap year, this internship is for you.

We operate an open access policy, meaning we don’t screen out applications on your academic performance alone. You will however, need to be working towards an honours degree in any subject - some programmes will require a subject relevant to the business area, have a minimum of grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths and three A-levels/Five Highers (or equivalent) to be eligible to apply.

“The Summer Internship allowed me to rotate between client projects and teams. When I came back as a graduate, I had already built a group of friends and a strong network which helped with the transition after university.” – Amir, People Advisory Services– Workforce Advisory Graduate
