City of Portsmouth College has been formed by the merger of Portsmouth College and Highbury College and was formally constituted on 1 August 2021.The newly formed College will give students of all ages even greater flexibility with their programmes and access to dedicated subject facilities at the different campus locations. Do you have a key eye for detail, are a creative thinker and a multi tasker who wants to join a growing team supporting College apprentices and work experience students. This post will require travel within the local area a driving license is desirable. Duties & Responsibilities:Be a Super User on the teams CRM systemCreate and maintain team and college reports for weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly eventsTo work with teaching staff and academic departments in respect of Apprenticeships, Part Time Jobs and Work ExperienceTo liaise with the Safety Health and Environment Manager to ensure that relevant employer checks have taken place for Apprenticeships and Work ExperienceTo support the Employment Services Team with recruitment administration tasks – Advertising jobs, Database updates, marketing etc.Support the team with Social Media updates, Marketing of Apprenticeships and Work ExperienceWork on numerous college and team projectsMaintain and update all Apprenticeship and Work Experience marketing material including Schedules, Course Leaflets, training and presentation materialTo keep up to date with national, regional and local trends, initiatives and priorities which affect students, programmes and the curriculum. Skills and Experience It is essential that to occupy such a role, the post holder will have well developed organisational, communication and teamwork skills.
