Overview:A vacancy become available in the service Team. You’ll report to the Client Service Manager.Core Responsibilities [will include the following:] Supporting the Marketing and Client Service TeamHelping to develop Digital Marketing SolutionsAssisting with email marketing projectsTalking to the design studioWorking on online advertising campaignsUpdating Client websites using WordPressAnswering queries via telephone / e-mailHelping to update the Blaze and our clients’ social media accountsSourcing / purchasing materials and supplying quotations to clients as necessaryOverseeing orders ensuring suppliers deliver correctly and on timeLogging and updating of projects on Master management systemSupporting team with a variety of ad hoc duties as required Required skills, experience and personal qualities: IT Literate and accurate data entryInterested in online marketing and social mediaInterested in design, web development and marketingGood personal organisations skillsGood telephone mannerGood written English (for emails and note taking)Ability to research and take initiative if not sure how to accomplish a taskGood knowledge of Microsoft Office based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Entry requirements:You need to have 5 GCSE’s: Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades D or above3x GCSE’s (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject You must not already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same level, or higher level than this apprenticeship.Future prospects: Potential full time job upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
