They also own the Jones Bootmaker and Herring Shoes footwear businesses, employing over 1500 people in total and we are keen to develop and progress talent from within.Job overview:Due to continuing business growth at Pavers, our client has an opportunity for 3 Digital Marketing Apprentices to join their Performance Marketing team on a full-time basis, based at their York Head Office. This Apprentice opportunity will be supported with a Digital Marketing Apprentice Qualification (Level 3) with QA ltd.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a diverse team whilst proactively learning on the job, reporting directly into experienced Marketing Managers to develop a solid marketing mix of skills. The apprenticeship will run for a duration of 18 months, by which time you will be ready to progress to a Marketing/Ecommerce Assistant role with the responsibility of helping the business to maximise its online sales potential.Main role:You’ll have the opportunity to experience a mixture of Marketing responsibilities including but not limited to; Paid Social Media, Email Marketing, Ecommerce Trading, Google Ads, Affiliate Marketing, Display Advertising and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).Primary duties include:Support holistic marketing campaign creation, being a crucial member of the team to make them happenMake web updates and upload creative images to the websites adding product reviews from internal and external stakeholders (store managers, buyers, models, influencers) against the productsSupport product from intake to sale online or in cataloguesChecking and updating website contentUsing social media and email marketing to drive customers into the conversion funnelAnalyse data to drive decision making on future activities and changesBrief Graphic Designers/Photographers on new campaign requirementsSupport the wider marketing team with any other administration requirementsRequired qualities, skills and experiences:Have a positive, can-do attitude with a passion for learning new skillsCommitment to completing an ApprenticeshipKeen interest in Digital/Online MarketingBe highly organised with strong attention to detailThe ability to manage time effectively by prioritising and re-prioritising as neededAnalytical and (willingness to develop) problem-solving skillsGood communicator who can take a friendly and engaging approach in multiple situationsExperience using Microsoft programmes, esp MS ExcelWilling to work in a proactive work environment, independently or as part of a teamEnglish and Maths at a minimum grade C/4 or equivalentA second language would be beneficial but not essentialEntry requirements:You need to have 5 GCSE’s:Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades D or above3x GCSE’s grade A-C in any other subjectYou must not already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same level, or higher level than this apprenticeship.If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.  Find out more  here.https://www.enic.org.uk/Qualifications/UKQRS/Default.aspxWorking week:5 days per week,Monday – Friday,9 am-5.30 pm,Details to be confirmed with the employerSalary:You will be paid £192.37 per week whilst in your apprenticeship.Benefits of the role:This apprenticeship will give you the opportunity and grounding to have an all-around view of online marketing and trading activities, alongside your studies, setting you up on a career path to be a Marketing / Ecommerce Assistant of the future.Future prospects:On completion of the Apprenticeship, the individual could secure a full-time position.Important Information:QA’s apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/94396129
