About the Role

Due to rapid expansion and company growth, Recruit12 are currently seeking a highly self-motivated individual who is looking for a career in recruitment. Following an authorised 12 week training programme, you will initially play vital part in candidate management to support in the sourcing of candidates against client delivery requirements. Following successful completion of the programme, you will evolve the role into a rounded Consultant that manages key business accounts.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist in the management of current and new clients / candidates per job instruction by maintaining and updating client / candidate records via applicant tracking system for the in-house team members responsible for business development.
  • Handling and directing client/candidate queries.
  • Placing adverts on job board / company website.
  • Searching for suitable candidates via database, job board and LinkedIn.
  • Handling advertising responses.
  • Briefing candidates on job opportunities.
  • Telephone interview candidates to job spec.
  • Liaising with clients regarding candidate CV submission / candidate feedback on application.
  • Arranging interviews as per client requirements / updating candidates on process and time scale / feedback following interview outcome.
  • Diary Management and Ad hoc duties as required assisting colleagues in line with business activities.
  • Responsible for keeping track of sales figures against KPIs.

About you:

  • You are constantly dealing with people - candidate, clients and colleagues - so you will want strong communicational skills and be a people person!
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Confident and outgoing persona, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload within a busy, challenging and rewarding environment.
  • Competent, self-disciplined individual, with diplomacy and patience, who will welcome working part of a specialist team or working under own initiative to deliver excellent customer service to see projects through to conclusion.
  • Ability to influence and persuade without compromising on integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to identify problems and provide solutions
  • Target driven with the ability for work to recruitment KPIs.

Qualifications

  • A-Level, NVQ Level 3 Equivalent (Essential)
  • HND, HNC or undergraduate degree (Desirable)
