Job Summary Exceeding expectations through education, innovation and inspiration Role Title : Apprenticeship Job Coach Location : Deeside Salary Points : £23,590 - £25,821, pro rata Overview of Role Coleg Cambria are looking for an Apprenticeship Job Coach to work between the Inclusion and Work Based Learning Teams. The Apprenticeship Job Coach will be primarily responsible for supporting apprentices with Additional Learning Needs in their apprenticeships including liaising with the apprentice, the employer, agreeing targets and closely monitoring progress by keeping records and logs as evidence. It will be your job to develop the role of Job Coaching to support Work Based Learning. The Job Coach will also ensure that apprenticeship frameworks are accessible and achievable to everybody keeping in mind equality and diversity at all times. Requirements Educated to GCSE Level in English and Maths (Grade C or above) Understanding of apprenticeships Experience of working with people with additional learning needs Experience developing effective relationships with stakeholders including employers and programme delivery team Experience of providing job coaching support in a workplace setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Coleg Cambria is committed to raising the profile of the Welsh language.
