Brief overview of the roleTo provide day to day support to the administration team. They are looking for a candidate who is passionate about working in Administration to join their company. For the right person, there is the opportunity to secure full time employment and progress to higher level qualifications.* Working week * Shifts to be confirmed. * Total hours per week: 37.50Vacancy descriptionServing customers on the shop floor selling a wide range of home furnishings products.Duties and responsibilities will include: * Talking to customers face to face and giving advice where needed * Processing cash/card transactions using epos system * Completing the correct paperwork to a high standard * Using customer order documents to chase orders with suppliers and updating said paperwork * Sending letters to customers advising status of their orders * Checking and escalating emails on daily basis * Contacting suppliers and customers by telephone or email with/for updates * Using transfer notes to check inbound goods from central warehouse deliveries * Using system reports to analyse stock holding/slow sellers
