Job Description

THE ROLEWe have an opening for 2 Recruitment Apprentices to join the team. You will have the opportunity to work across the core areas within the Expleo Group UK. These are the Mechanical and Systems & Software divisions;you may also get to experience the more niche areas we cover including Cyber Security.You will pay a huge role within the team by supporting senior recruiters with sourcing candidates whilst also having the chance to become a specialist within a sector towards the end of the apprenticeship.The post-holder will need to be self-motivated, have a strong eye for details and be capable of building good working relationships with a wide range of people, both internally and externally.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESResearch, identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirementsWrite, place and update adverts in line with company procedures.Monitor responses/applications received and make sure that candidate's applications are processed efficiently.Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies.Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the candidates and internal teams.Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships.Contribute to the development of a recruitment resourcing plan.Proactively and consistently strive to identify new candidate and client opportunities.Provide pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation.Accurately record candidate and client information on the recruitment database.Create and manage recruitment projects on LinkedInWork with key internal stakeholders to identify talent pipelinesQUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSPrevious sales or customer services experience would be beneficial includingExcellent written and verbal communication plus strong interpersonal skills.Proficient in Word, Excel etc.GCSE's in Maths and English with a grade of 4/C or abovePERSONAL CHARACTERISTICSA highly organised individual with a strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks to a high level of quality.Excellent time management skills with a strong sense of urgency.FACTS AND FIGURESPay & Benefits - £16,000 - £18,000Department - RecruitmentReporting to - CBU Lead (EES or MME)Location - Emerson Green, BristolContract type - Full-time
