Job Description

KPMG in the UK is part of a global network of member firms that offers Audit, Tax, Legal, Consulting, Deal Advisory, and Technology services. Powered by the talent of more than 16,000 people, we bring creativity, insight and experience to solve our clients’ and communities’ biggest problems.

What is Deal Advisory?

We help our clients to buy, sell, fund, fix and partner with confidence, taking them from an initial idea right through to delivery. It's all about blending our deep sector expertise with our execution skills and working with teams from the wider firm to help each client make the right decisions. You’ll have access to advanced technologies, which deliver deeper insights for our clients.

KPMG Deal Advisory Graduate Programmes

You can expect real variety in Deal Advisory and because we're involved in the whole deal cycle, it isn't just about simply handling transactions. You'll be undertaking client-facing work, providing advice and adding value at every stage – including on some very high-profile deals.

We offer a choice of graduate routes into Deal Advisory, specialising in different parts of our business:

  • Deal Advisory Empowered or Intensive programmes - you can expect to work in either Corporate Finance (Valuations and Infrastructure Advisory Group) or Transaction Services (Financial Advisory, and Integration & Separation).
  • Deal Advisory Data Analytics and Technology programme – for those with a keen interest in technology and data analytics, you’ll support all areas of Deal Advisory.

Programmes are available nationwide. Please visit our careers website for full details.

Training and benefits

You’ll have access to funded, relevant professional qualifications; an extensive programme of internal training geared towards your career and personal development; and the chance to use your skills to make a difference through a range of community volunteering initiatives. We offer a competitive salary and a host of great benefits too, including 25 days holiday, study leave and a day off on your birthday.

Your qualifications

You’ll need to have, or be on course to achieve, a minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline. We will however look at more than just your academic results and will also consider your strengths, values and motivations. See our ‘How to Apply’ sections on our Careers Portal for further guidance.
