What does the role involve? We're looking for an enthusiastic graduate to join our Sustainability team. Reporting into the CEO's office, you'll be helping us fulfil our commitments to sustainability, environmental, social responsibility, and governance (ESG). The role forms part of our 2022 graduate scheme, so you'll have plenty of opportunities to develop yourself as a professional and potential leader. During the programme, you'll spend time in several key business areas, including Decarbonisation, Renewable Energy, Green Bond, Insights & Reporting and Human Resources.You'll also be: Promoting our sustainability progress and achievements both internally and externallyWorking with project teams and colleagues across the business to support our decarbonisation journeyReporting on and assessing the impact of our activities concerning sustainability, charity, social responsibility, and our commitments to UN sustainable development goals Researching how we can improve our reporting in areas such as sustainability, carbon footprint, social responsibility and more In addition to your role above, as part of the Hitachi Capital (UK) PLC Graduate Programme you will have the opportunity to: Graduate from our industry accredited Aspiring Leaders programmePlay an active role within our Corporate Communities, helping to drive engagement, inclusion and belonging What are we looking for?
