Apprenticeship Administration and Systems Co-ordinator (Ref: 001/2122)£18,852 to £20,005 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)Do you have proven experience in administration and business support?Under the direction of the Operations Manager for apprenticeships, you will produce information and develop processes for all delivery systems to support the monitoring and tracking of apprenticeship performance. You will act as a central point of contact for internal and external customers regarding apprenticeships. You will support the tracking of the apprenticeship journey from the point of entry onto the programme to completion.You will need to possess excellent communication and customer service skills as well as strong commercial acumen to proactively engage with staff, learners and employersThe successful candidate will:•Demonstrate experience of maintaining administrative and computerised systems • Have a Level 2 Business Administration qualification or equivalent •Hold a minimum Level 2 qualification in English and Maths• Demonstrate experience of developing and setting up administrative and computerised systems, including using MicrosoftThe successful applicant will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check.
