We tailor production around creating, adapting, and distributing any type of creative content, for any media, anywhere in the world.No two days are the same in Production, but here’s some of what to expect:Working with the Studio Manager and the Studio Bookings CoordinatorResearching and booking freelance editors, art-workers, Visual Effects Operators and Audio EngineersLooking after the Edit Suites and host clients and Creative Directors when they are reviewing edits, ensuring that the suites are suitably set upAssisting in scheduling the Edit and Audio SuitesHelping with media plans, delivery and booking artworkersHelping the producers to prepare for their shoots (Video and Still shoots)Working with third parties, ensuring the paperwork is correctLearning about the processes and how we ensure the quality of our output You will:Have an entrepreneurial mind-set - don’t wait to be asked or told how someone else does it, find a way and be prepared to get stuck inYou get right into the nitty-gritty of the work, and keep the wheels turning, with a can-do attitude where no problem is too big or too smallHave an ever-hungry mind and research creative work beyond advertising. No two days are the same, and it’ll be important that you’re able to adapt to new challenges and be flexible as things change.Eager to learn, you’ll be willing to take direction, be part of a team, and be a team player who works towards the common goal and purpose of our agency and client business.  Creative AccessWe are partnering with Creative Access to provide employability support to all of our Kickstart interns.Training with Creative Access will take place across three compulsory sessions: an induction near the start of each placement, a check-in at the midpoint of each placement, and a transition session near the end of each placement. Kickstart interns will also have an assigned HR Partner throughout the program that will regularly catch up them, as well as their assigned manager for the placement.Creative Access will also invite interns to monthly masterclasses, encouraging them to keep in touch with other Kickstart new starters via buddy pairings, each of their induction cohorts and wider Kickstart placements.In addition, our Kickstart cohort will go through our thorough onboarding process which includes meetings and an induction day where they get a full understanding of all departments and processes across the company.Our L&D team will also support the Kickstart interns with a variety of workshops and training modules specific to supporting them in their placement.As a company we also have a 24 hour EAP line that offer free counselling, and a premium account with Headspace that interns will have access to.Global D&I Statement: At McCann Worldgroup, we believe that Diversity & Engagement are foundational to achieving our mission of helping brands play a meaningful role in people’s lives.
