    The Role

We are currently working remotely and will continue to work predominantly in this way on an informal basis until government guidelines change and likely beyond. Therefore, so as long as you would be able to come to one of our offices at least twice per week, client and team requirements depending, you will be able to undertake this role. You will be a core part of the team and able to access the technology, support and resources you require.

The role will combine legal administration and case management functions including communicating with Defendants by letter, phone and email, preparing court and/or insolvency documentation, managing debt claims and enforcement activities and negotiating successful settlements on behalf of our clients. Practical training will be provided to assist. The work within the team is varied, and we are required to adapt to meet the needs of our various clients, there is therefore a high degree of flexibility in the role.

The hours of work will be Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm (including release for training as agreed with the college). CILEx support is available in the Commercial Recoveries team at Blake Morgan LLP.
