Job Description

Due to our ongoing success, we are looking for Contact Development Representatives to scale our lead generation efforts. As a Contact Development Representative (CDR), youll discover and validate contact-level information, build account and buying group intelligence and drive sales outreach, prospect generation, market development and pipeline management. You will also play a key role in trade marketing plan ideation and execution.

What youll do 

  • Discover and validate contact information by searching databases, conducting online research, making targeted calls to operators or using the organizations voicemail system;
  • Identify and validate the individual target buyer personas who are typically involved in a buying decision to map possible buying groups for delivery to other teleservices groups;
  • Develop account and buying group maps to confirm an individuals role within a buying group;
  • Hand-off clean and complete contacts for our Business Development Executives to follow up;
  • Track and manage discovery activities in the organizations sales force automation (SFA) system;
  • Provide weekly forecasts of the volume of validated contacts and mapped buying groups for accounts;
  • Support marketing events with contact calls to increase event registrations.
  • Qualifications

  • You are currently still studying or have completed your studies (BSc or Msc) in a relevant area and looking for a summer job or internship
  • You are tech savvy and have the ability to use existing and emerging social media tooling;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platform (MAP), SFA system, market- and/or account intelligence tools is an advantage;
  • Experience in B2B selling or prospecting experience is an advantage
