About this opportunity
Buy It Direct Group are looking for an apprentice who enjoys a new challenge on a daily basis. An amazing opportunity to develop your skills and provide a long term career path in HR.
A normal day would include:
You’ll be involved in providing administrative support and getting involved with projects across the full employee lifecycle of recruitment, induction, performance, engagement and talent development. You will work within our HR, Recruitment and Development teams, giving you a really good grounding in how the HR department supports the business in driving performance through our people.
There will be lots of opportunities to learn and develop both professionally and personally.
What you could go on to do
• The opportunity to study a CIPD Level 3 Foundation certificate in Human Resource Practice with the chance to progress onto a higher-level apprenticeship on completion.
• A real role within Human Resources with real responsibility to give you some great experience and a chance to make a difference, whilst developing a fantastic career in HR.

Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role.

What you should have to apply
• A minimum of 5 GCSE’s with English and Maths Grade A* - C/9-4.
• A-levels or BTEC qualification is desirable

• Great organisation and administration skills with good attention to detail
• Comfortable and confident to communicate with people from all levels of the business
• Have plenty of initiative to problem solve with a real 'can do' attitude
• A genuine passion for learning and developing your career in HR
Skills
• Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel to a proficient level)
