Job Description

This is a unique 15 month fixed-term apprenticeship opportunity to join the busy HR department, known as the People Directorate, of a Multi-Academy Trust. Working towards a Level 3 Business Administration Standard you will work under supervision to provide varied, high quality customer service and administrative support to the People Directorate Team. Your duties may include: -Maintain paper and electronic filing systems in line with the Data Protection Act.-Preparing and sending out standard and non-standard letters-Assist with the logging and sorting of incoming/outgoing post on a rota basis.-Assist with the maintenance and administration of employee records, on People Management Systems e.g. ATS, Docusign, MyPeople in order to maintain the integrity of data.-Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers and service providers-Assist with email and telephone queries relating to Payroll/Pensions/general HR from current staff and members of the public-Producing adverts and placing them on selected job boardsAbout you:-You must have excellent communication skills-Have the ability to develop effective positive relationships with colleagues knowing how and when to draw on advice and specialist support.-Be able to prioritise workload and work towards specific deadlinesIn Return:-We can offer you full training for your role within the Trust, continuous support with both your qualification and work tasks.-If you share our ethos and wish to be part of this great organisation, we look forward to hearing from you.To apply please visit our website The closing date is 25th June 2021.All adults employed by the Trust have a responsibility data protection and have a duty to observe and follow the principles of the GDPR Regulation.We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and we expect all staff to share this commitment and undergo appropriate checks, therefore, all posts within the Trust are subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
