This is an administrative role that will support the Learning and Development function within HR.Success in this role will be if you… General Course Admin Liaise with supplier for delivery datesBook training room (or set up skype link)Raise PO’s In SAP.Build courses into LMS system and send out invites.Send out any pre course work.Day before; make sure training room is set up correctly, chase any attendees who have not replied to invite & print out attendee list. Inform security/reception. On the Day; Meet & greet trainer and Stay till start of the meeting to make sure everyone attends. Chase non attendees with mgrs. Issue lunch voucher & go through fire evacuation procedure.Mark attendees in LMS system.Save certificates to employee’s files & email out to employees.Answering general training record enquiries from managers Training Needs Provide Month end report data on training courses attended and cost associated with non-attendance. General Business Admin Provide reports for completion of Target Agreements (January) Mid-Year Reviews (June) End of year reviews (November)Assist in Audits – Known Consignor, ISO audits of training to provide certificates & accurate training records.Manage the 360 admin for HPP on the ETS site.Administer the HPP Insights portal (Manager Profiles) Apprenticeships Set up and manage the ongoing transport for students travelling to college.
