Paralegals support solicitors in preparing cases for trial and progressing transactions. This involves creating and organising case files, as well as contacting clients and performing legal research. It also helps you to work towards a Level 3 Certificate in Law and Practice, helping to develop your career from day one.What Will I Study?The academic part of the apprenticeship is delivered by our Training Provider Damar via distance learning.View more information on what you’ll study and the work you’ll do as part of your apprenticeship on the Damar Training Provider website.What Qualification Will I Gain?When you finish this apprenticeship, you’ll receive a Level 3 Certificate in Law and Practice. This means that you’re a fully qualified paralegal.What Are The Entry Requirements?You’ll need 5 GCSEs at grade A* to C, specifically Maths and English. You’ll also need 3 A Levels Grade C or above (excl General Studies).If using the numbered GCSE grading system, you’ll need 5 GCSEs at grade 9-4. In this case, you could apply for a Chartered Legal Executive Apprenticeship or a training contract with us.
