About the RoleAs an apprenticeship coach you will be responsible for ensuring that your allocated apprentices following Level 2 Adult Care Worker & Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker standards are provided with a quality learning experience as laid down in the agreed programme developed between St John Ambulance and their employer (where the Apprentice is employed by an external organisation).You will be expected at the beginning of any apprenticeship to agree and record an individualised learning plan, set clear milestones and targets and enable all components of the training programme to be reviewed on an ongoing basis. You will be expected to deliver learning and assessment in line with St John quality requirements, ensure timely completion within agreed timescales and act as a point of contact for all students going through a St John apprenticeship. Please see the job description for more detail (this can be viewed on our website or once you click apply)About YouYou will have a Level 3 Qualification in Teaching or Training and Level 3 Certificate Achieving Vocational Achievement or equivalent.
