Trainee Sales Advisor
£18,000 - £20,000 basic plus monthly bonus and excellent benefits package
Realistic OTE £30,000
Manchester City Centre, near Victoria Train Station
Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5.00pm No evenings or weekends!

We are looking for Trainee Sales Advisors to join our vibrant and hugely successful Sales Team here at Peninsula. We will work with you to develop your skills to ensure you are confident to sell the services that Peninsula has to offer. This role will enable you to earn large amounts of commission on top of your basic salary!

Key skills needed:
• Pro-active attitude towards working to targets
• Evidence of some B2C or F2F sales experience
• Outgoing personality, with strong organisational skills and tenacious nature
• Have enthusiasm and resilience
• Be a team player
• Be proactive and able to manage your own workload

So you're interested?
Here's some information on the role…
• As a Trainee Sales Advisor you will be given fantastic training and coaching in order for you to make appointments for field sales colleagues to close the sales you have introduced
• You will be calling business owners/directors/decision makers to discuss their current business situation regarding HR and H&S and to then promote Peninsula's services
• Using Salesforce, you'll have access to data to call through and start building relationships, keeping the systems updated with your work
• Your pro-active approach will come in handy, as you will also be expected to self-generate new leads, appointments and referrals through day-to-day new business activity. This will also allow you to accurately build, manage and maintain your sales pipeline.
